Last year I switched to 100% silk for the pillowcase I sleep on when I learned it was better for skin health and preventing wrinkles. Silk feels very nice on my face but the main reason I bought it was because there was a crease formed under my left eye where I always lie on my face when I sleep. I'm a convalescent on my side 🙄 Silk really helps smooth sensitive skin instead of creating wrinkles and fine lines over time. This is my second silk pillowcase and it's even better than my first purchase! I chose the beautiful peacock blue, it's bright and also a calming color to sleep in. I chose a darker color than my first pillow which was quite silvery as I apply face creams and oils at night and the darker color hides the oil which is better tolerated between washes. This particular pillowcase is a nice weight and goes well with my memory foam contour pillow or full bed pillow. Well sewn with a concealed zip and simply super soft!
