This is a well built chair with great features for the price. I specifically picked it for its weight (I'm a tall guy) and was very happy with the quality and durability. Assembly was very easy - just 8 screws with an Allen key provided, with clear graphical instructions. Additional hardware is included in the kit in case you lose a screw or washer, which is always nice. Even small white cotton assembly gloves are included. But what I want to mention in particular is the customer service. When assembling the chair, I found it difficult to understand the mechanism of the seat recline function. Thought it was stuck or broken. So I sent an email asking for help and within hours I received a very friendly reply explaining how the mechanism works. For those of you who have trouble with the tilt function, it turns out that the lever works more like a switch. Instead of pulling the lever out, then tilting the back to where you want it and then releasing the lever, you sort of "push" the lever out and in, which allows the back to move freely, and after you put it there have positioned where you want. , you pull it out and put it back in. It works really well, it just wasn't what I was expecting or used to. I emailed them with another question and again got a very quick and friendly response. Quality customer service is becoming increasingly difficult these days and I am very impressed with this company. Highly recommended.
