It worked really well! I use it to view live data on my tablet via an OBD-II sensor. I don't plan on removing it from the car so I used the bracket that came with it and attached the arm to the center console. With the orthosis I have no problems with wobbling or any kind of instability. I have a 2016 Ford Taurus and I attached it to the right front driver's side bolt. You need to remove the plastic cover and loosen the seat screw. Then it just slides in and you tighten the seat bolt. Please note that the plastic you removed cannot be reattached when using the mount.
