This is by far the best transmission media I have ever used. Let me go back and start by saying that I've been transferring vinyl for about a year and a half. Someone recommended I try a clear dollar tree shelf paper called Magic Cover. Between that and plain old clear contact paper, I thought I was a pro. Until one day I came across a roll and it wasn't sticking. General. Not even a little bit. In a panic I grabbed the contact paper and it stuck but didn't release the vinyl. He's stuck there forever. So I cut it out again. And again, and I had the same issues with one that didn't go high enough or at all, but after putting it on my surface I had to individually convince each tiny piece to go down. I could also do it manually. I Spent SO MUCH VINYL! I ended up throwing the contact paper away. I stopped playing vinyl for a while because it was so stressful that my fun hobby wasn't fun anymore. So, it's Christmas right now and my boyfriend needs some little gifts. She asked me if I could do some monograms for her. No problem! Just let me cut that out. Then I had to face the fact that my magic didn't last. Again. General. So I read some reviews ok I read a lot of reviews and found that Revain has a great return policy right? After 2 days I received a paper transfer ribbon. I wasn't sure if I had made the right choice. I mean it wasn't clear. It was visible enough. assume. I cut out some monograms. I made a few additions and unrolled the new transfer paper. I started to smile, maybe easier? Then I cut out a few spots and glue them onto my vinyl, and you know what? He's stuck. I didn't even polish it and it got stuck! I have so far refused to give up. I had to put this vinyl on a mug just to see. And glued, and peeled off so easily! You know how they say the right tools make the difference? This is the right tool for vinyl. It was by far the best product I have used so far. I waited several weeks and many uses before reviewing this product. I even tried another 'popular brand' because I was so obsessed with cleanliness without spending more. I can honestly say that I fell in love with vinyl again. A few dozen decorations and mugs later, that was what mattered most to me. I mainly use Oracal 651 but have also tried Cricket and Silhouette vinyl with the same great results. Next time I will order foils in addition to another roll of paper tape.
