WOW OH WOW. it will make you sweat!
I have to say I was quite surprised after wearing about 30 minutes in the Arizona heat I was a sweaty mess. Works GREAT! Mind you I am 40+ and losing weight at this age is dang near impossible! I am excited to see something change even it's only a few inches. I even bought on for my BFF and my sister! OH AND THE LENGHT IS GREAT! COVERED MY MUFFINS COMPLETELY! WITH NO EXTRA SPILLAGE!
