Although I initially liked this jug I gave up and sent it back because the lid is so difficult to turn to open and close. What I also didn't like is that you can't completely remove the lid for cleaning, although a cleaning brush was included, I still had the feeling that deposits would accumulate inside over time. Everything but the lid is great, so if you don't mind the issues I've had, I still recommend this product.
