Firmware can no longer be changed
After reading other reviews I bought this device thinking I could update the firmware and use it properly with my existing QVR. It's not relevant. Apparently the hardware has changed so any attempt to install the Hikvision firmware has failed. I can still use it via ONVIF but not all features are available
