Review on 💻 2020 ASUS VivoBook 15 15.6-Inch FHD Laptop: Ryzen 3, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Backlit Keyboard, Windows 10 by Jacob Leon

First I'll say as others have said it comes with 20GB of RAM The price isn't that bad and the overall usage experience was ok but I expected to be with so much ram wouldn't have much of a problem but i had it. i'm terrible at closing tabs, i find something and want to check later and leave the tab open. a few days of this and i get 10+ tabs. here comes the problem comes in, it can't work properly with a lot of open tabs, I have a gaming laptop that I bought in 2013 and it works much better than this one, I would still give the laptop a higher rating but there I wasn't happy that he was a me If I couldn't fulfill my main request, I returned it. The problem was they charged me about $100 for the refill. I think it has become exactly 20%. I was not told there would be a restocking fee and when I called Amazon to see if I had missed anything they agreed and messaged the company. A little later I got an email from them that they could charge me this fee, so I called Amazon again and asked what was going on. They still agreed that they shouldn't have taken an assignment from me, and they're trying to fight that. I almost never write reviews but after this experience I felt that if you hesitate it can help. I'm not saying this is a terrible product but I will not buy from the seller again based on my experience. If they had communicated the restocking fee upfront, it would have been a little different, but $100 for a $470 laptop (it was when I bought it) is way too much IMOTLDR: The laptop isn't bad for the price, but I no longer trust the seller which is why my rating is so low. If you don't do a lot of things with it then the laptop is fine, but if like me you keep track of a lot then I'd look elsewhere. Edit: I just got a message from the company saying look at Amazon's return policy and the link to it and I clicked on it but it said they can only charge 20% if the return lasts longer than 30 days and i got them back in less than 20 days so i have now changed the rating from 2 to 1 because they are so incompetent they sent me proof that they cheated me out of $100
