You are strong and beautiful! They are far more useful than my other set which was thick fabric. They're much thinner, making them easier to grip the edges of the cutters with, but they're strong and sturdy enough that I don't feel any heat through them. I stuck my hand in pots of hot oil and stuck my thumb in the rim of many pans, but the mittens always protected me and were easy to wipe clean. They are lined with a comfortable fabric on the inside, and the fabric on the outside is nice, although it feels a little flimsy. They look great in my kitchen and when my mother in law walked in today it was one of the first things she noticed. She agrees that they are significantly better than the previous pair. I should have received them sooner.
