This adjustable bike cup holder is well made and even has an insulated liner. There are 2 Velcro straps on the back that you can use to attach the cup holder to different bike frames. There is a strap at the top of the holder to keep the water bottle from falling out. There is also a front mesh pocket with an elasticated top for storing small items. The cup holder comes with an elastic band with 2 plastic hooks to attach the cup holder to the bike or remove it from the bike. There is also a drain cuff on the underside of the cup holder. The cup holder had no foreign smell after unpacking. I would recommend this coaster.
