Package arrived on time. The packaging was impeccable. The dock has a good grip for the clippers. Excellent in most respects. The obvious downside was that they never charged. If you place the clipper in the dock and the LED doesn't go from green to red (which means it's charging), it's defective. Try to leave your car at the dock for a few hours if you're lucky. It's not going to happen. It seems many customers are receiving this item with the exact same problem. Don't waste your time. Now I need to send it back and spend more time on this case. I wish I could just throw it away and get my money back. Either way, it's useless.
