I like that it's fast, cheap (even for shared plans), reliable performance with 24/7 support team available if needed - which makes me feel safe about my business data stored in their servers! As an agency working remotely from different countries all over Europe we've been using this service since 2013 when our clients moved more towards cloud-based solutions & started demanding dedicated server resources instead.
We love its flexibility as well as easy access via API keys without having any direct contact or interaction wtih tech guys at hostings companies. Sometimes they have some issues during peak hours but nothing serious so far :) Their prices are not bad either considering what you get compared with other providers out there who offer comparable products / features plus added benefits such us managed VPS instances along side your Dedicated Server offerings etc..

- Great reliability due excellent hardware infrastructure used by hosting provider; ) Reliable network connectivity provided within US West 2 region located just outside Sacramento CA area where most part is served through fiber optic ring providing great bandwidth capacity across whole San Francisco Bay Area.;) Support tickets response time very quick even though email ticket system has no real chat interface attached yet
