I wanted a small bottle of water to sip on while running on hot and muggy days. That fits pretty well, although it's not the ideal solution for me. Carrying it with the bottle on the back of my hand, as seen in most photos, gives me tension in the thumb joint. For me it works much better when the bottle is held in the hand and the fingers are wrapped around it. You have to carefully thread the cap and I'm not optimistic about how long the plastic threads will last. The bottle needs to be squeezed on the long flat sides, front and back of the bottle. If you squeeze the narrow sides, it will leak. The bag is suitable for my local runs, it has enough space for house keys and a small personal alarm clock. It can also fit an ID card or a credit card. Most modern car keys will probably not fit. The wrist strap will absorb sweat and odor over time, but I found a soak in dish soap and water was enough to freshen it up. In general, this is the best I've found for my needs so far.
