Bought this pan to turn on its head and use as a rotary training touchpad for my labs. The product works great and does not slip on parquet floors. It flexes a little under your weight, but not by much. Both feel secure stepping on it and turning it on, so I'm happy with my purchase. The only downside is the smell, but I can deal with that. Pour a quarter of Dawn's dish soap into the pan, take a scrubbing brush and scrub the inside and outside of the pan with dish soap. Rinse off and leave in the sun for a few days to "gas outβ. Dishwashing liquid strips it of many chemicals, causing it to smell on the surface. If you leave the gum in the sun, the rest of the smell seems to go away. If you put your face in it still smells, but the house doesn't stink anymore.
