Pretty good product, does what it's supposed to do

So this is my first time using this product. I've always wanted one of these, but since I have a family with six young children, I go to school at home. I don't really have much time to take care of little things, and when they're all old and out of the house, my house is clean and my clothes are spotless and wrinkle-free. Anyway, that's where this review came from and I took the opportunity to test this little product. I had the perfect piece to try, my daughter's wool jacket. Every time she put it on when she left the house I was a little embarrassed that she was wearing such a torn jacket. Don't get me wrong the actual jacket was in perfect condition but the fluff and fluff was an eyesore to say the least. I can't say how long the product will last, it seems a bit cheap but then again I've never owned another. It took me about 20 minutes to sew my daughter's coat and the results were actually pretty good. The only thing I didn't like was that it was taller and couldn't pull my daughter's buttons down like the rest of the coat, but despite that he made the coat well. I have before and after photos. I'll admit I didn't read the instructions like I should have and jumped right in, so maybe they have some advice on how to get around in tight spaces. I received this product at a discounted price based on my honest opinion that I actually gave. So in my opinion it would have been better if it could work in smaller spaces but it went well with my daughter's cardigan. I'll have to update later to see how long this takes. The first photo is how the coat looked before, the second photo is half of the arm done, the third photo is what I call it done (maybe more could be done) and the fourth photo is the whole stack, which was collected from the cloak.

Pros
  • 3 position adjustable gap setting for a custom 'shave' of the fabric to suit different fabric surfaces
Cons
  • Big and bulky
