My wife bought me a pair as a gift. At first I couldn't even get close as the hole was too small for my legs. I bought a shoehorn and they slipped in like a charm. They fit perfectly, were as comfortable as one could ask for and were easy to remove. All I can say is having a shoehorn handy to put on.
