1st birthday party decorations

My wife purchased this for our daughter's first birthday. She stated when she was looking through the pictures on this product it showed there was more there than what actually was. We had to go out and purchase a number 1 balloon and smaller balloons for my daughter's birthday. Seemed like it was a good product no other complaints.
