I am really impressed with the program - it is very user friendly! It has been easy to implement into our organization, as well as having minimal impact on existing staff training or resources required to use the tool (i.e., no additional training was needed). The fact that we are able to have all employees access this at their own pace via home internet makes the system much more accessible for them. We've had some minor issues here and there but nothing major; however, it's important to note that these can be easily remedied if you contact customer service immediately. This system allows us to see who may not know about certain safety procedures or policies they need to follow.
