Review on New Balance Fresh Sport Aluminum Sports & Fitness in Running by Rud Starks

I know New Balance shoes run small and I like the extra toe room so I usually take mine a whole size up - I go 9.5 but with these I usually get 10.5 because I'll be using a lot of these for running and won't need to lose my legs. I have black and white/mystic purples - I've been trying to figure out where they're purple because they're grayer. I think it just sounded better in the description. Nice and soft in the heel area now, even though I've only had these 2 days. My feet are on the narrow to long end of the spectrum - I need arch support, but my way of doing things has long been to put commercial arch pads under the insoles or whatever I have to do to put them on to accommodate my special feet.
