A bottle was half empty because the cap was broken and leaking. They don't pack it very well when they ship it. Either way, it's a complete mess. I called and informed the support. Not happy with the delivery but happy with the product. 5 STAR for Dawn, 1 STAR for Shipping. I have used this cleaner and 8 bottles lasted a very long time (about 3 1/2 years). This is a significant difference in monetary value, quantity and quality when compared to other similar products available in the market. I also use the dishwasher, but all pots, baking sheets, frying pans, knives and other items that can't be washed in the dishwasher I hand wash and this detergent removes grease and all that heavy dirt you want off the dishes . and kitchen pots. The cleanser does not harm your skin even though it is not advertised as a hand cream.
