I opened the plastic wrap and took the towel out of the box and a strong smell hit my face. I quickly tossed it in the washing machine with detergent and baking soda and when I opened the washing machine the smell was still there. I did it for the second time. The smell isn't that strong, but I can't smell anything. So I'm hesitant to use this because I don't want my hair to absorb that smell. What the hell is that? What is that thing actually made of?
