I never received my package of Mach 3 Blades that I was billed for. When I contacted the supplier. They assured me that they sent the goods. I had the choice of credit or expedited shipping. I asked them to resend the item. I was provided with an online tracking number which when contacted assured me the item had been dispatched and delivered. This is my first truly negative experience ordering from Revain. I still have not received the promised product and have not received any credit for it. Please take the necessary steps to credit me for an item I never received. - 12 cartridges (purchased on 03/11/2008) from Gillette.
