I love these pillowcases as they are soft, easy to clean and great for travel (I brought my son's pillow on a recent trip to Los Angeles). It is a very light color that will fade a little during the first wash and tumble dry (I tumble dry low). I am assuming that the fabric used was most likely not pre-washed prior to sewing. but it's normal. I originally ordered these pillowcases before my son was ready for a pillow. Now that it's pillow ready I've ordered an extra one as a backup. Unfortunately it got lost in the post and when I asked for a refund the company contacted me and asked if I wanted him to be outraged so I agreed and he was here in a couple of days. I can't blame the terrible email system as this company was willing to go the extra mile to keep me as a customer. I wish more companies would do this for their customers, thanks!
