Excellent OEM Replacement - Self-Leveling Replacement Rear

Purchased in February 2020 from 4Wheel Drive Hardware. Installed on a 2010 Forester (SH5, EU spec) as part of a complete kit: Rear 24-278454 (x2) Front 22-278432, 22-278449 Rear shock absorbers replaced the stock self-leveling shock absorbers. After much research I found that PN: 20380SC000 or a similar spring is a suitable replacement. The standard self-levelling shock absorber springs would cause the rear end to sag if reused. The bracket (20370FG002) is the same but you will need the matching dust boots (20370FG002). Parts diagrams are available online. so you can get the rest from there. This doesn't seem like a big deal in the USDM spec, but I'm leaving the information here just in case it helps anyone. They have been installed for almost a year or 40,000 km and they still work perfectly. Where I'm from there are a lot of bumpy and rough roads and it seems to be a very good balance between handling and comfort. I expect they will last the rest of the car's life given Bilstein's reputation for quality. I am planning to purchase another kit to install on various SH5 Foresters.
