I have been using this shampoo for a long time. This is the only shampoo that cleans the scalp well. I use Biolage but I have a naturally oily scalp so I use it once a week and it gives me a fresh start. I have never had any problems with the quality of my shampoo. It came as it should. When you order for the first time, you should understand that it contains black castor oil, it is thick and sticky, not like the texture of your traditional shampoo. Somewhat syrupy consistency. But don't worry, it will foam, you just have to make it work, dip your head under water for a second while washing. It washes off perfectly, even if it seems that it is not. It really helps with hair growth, I wasn't expecting a miracle as I don't need growth but I did notice some extra growth. I don't use conditioner on my head after using this shampoo. I apply the conditioner from the neck down. Overall, the shampoo really does make my head a lot cleaner than any other shampoo.
