Not what I expected

I used to have a belt like this that I bought in a store. The belt was stretched and trapped fat was removed. If you're active and don't have a back to hold up your pants, consider wearing a belt. The belt must be taut, which will result in pinching. The belt I ordered didn't work. Luckily for my son this is stretch mark free so I'm giving it to him.
