Cutting hair does not pull, no longer a quality product, only the edges of the tips touch.

The handle only grabs the top, breaks the hair, don't pull it. The tweezers no longer produce a good product if the entire surface is in full contact, but only the upper edge is closed/contacting. I've tried several now. They used to be amazing! Damn. And this item is NON-RETURNABLE. I didn't even open the packaging as I can say it's the same as the last bad one I bought in the store. :(
