I have four aquariums and only 1 set of tools so you might think it would be nice to have at least 1 more and that's what I do had an idea when AXNAU offered me this aquascaping kit and he accepted the offer. This kit costs $12.99 at the time of review. The kit comes in a fairly durable oblong zippered pouch. Each tool has an elastic strap to keep it in place and they are pretty durable. The case is delivered in a plastic bag, then each tool in it is also packed in polyethylene. The set includes 1 curved tweezers, 1 straight tweezers, 1 double-ended substrate spatula and a pair of curved scissors with a very blunt end (rectangular shape) - bonus - a microfiber cloth with a loop - gray on one side, blue on the other and a set of test papers for pH checks (as this is technically a bonus and I am already testing the pH of the liquid this is not part of the review). For the price this tool set is a bargain, it's a good weight, feels good and is almost the same as my other set apart from the blunt curved scissors. Scissors can make pruning a bit more difficult if you have small and/or closely spaced stems that need to be separated and trimmed. My sharpened scissors will come in handy more with the ones (say my Aponogeton) that came with my other set. If this is going to be your only set, consider it. Otherwise it's a good set, holds up well and will last for many years with proper use.
