I bought this to strain skyr yogurt. The tensioner works great. I've gotten over a quart of whey from 1/2 gallon skim milk. The yoghurt flows out immediately after straining and the bag is easy to clean. However, I was led to believe that the pouch would fit the strainer. However, either the sieve is too big for this, or the bag is too deep and folds at the bottom. In the end I just sealed the bag and put it in a colander. worked fine
