My landlord told me that he had to replace the entire floor in the corner of the house because a previous tenant had a washing machine that was leaking and had worn out for years accumulated under the machine and wrecked the house, so he insisted my washing machine not leak when I used it. Well, my washing machine leaks a little while loading. Instead of buying a new washing machine I bought this drain pan which fits perfectly under my machine and is easy on the floor. My landlord is happy his floor is protected and I'm happy I don't have to buy a new washing machine! This is one of my best purchases!
