I bought them to decorate sugar cookies. I was taking classes and the teacher was using something similar and I liked the idea. These bags serve their purpose and work great, they're just a little stiffer than I was hoping for. The ones I used in class were softer and you could easily tie off the end of the bag to keep the frosting from leaking out. They are difficult to tie due to the thickness/stiffness of the material. Overall, though, they did a good job of frosting some of the cookies I've made.
