I bought it but I didn't measure it so I'll do this review for what I bought. I will not drop stars because of my mistake, this is not a tarp. It is made of jacket-like material. feels better It also looks better on an air conditioner than on a tarp. I had to reattach the bungee mount to ensure it wouldn't fly away when the wind picked up. I tightened it up as best as I could with what was provided/attached. This is for a square air conditioner as mine is round. It has velcro to ensure pipes and cables can come out of the case. In the photos, the green tarp covering my air conditioner was the tarp that caused us to lose the elastic cords, so we had to come up with something to protect the tarp from the gust of wind. Everything is different with the new one, it has buckles that you can close and tighten. Again this is made from better materials and will most likely fit but again it's my fault for not measuring, too lazy to send it back. I would love it if it was one size fits all or (if you're a dumbass like me) with an extra bungee or adjustable belt clip would be a great addition to this. This is a great purchase. but if you don't want to send it back please measure or if you are like me don't measure. Then save what comes when it's too big. If it's too small, that's another matter.
