The ease of use really helped get us up to speed fast! It was easy enough that our office manager could pick it right out from her laptop in less than 5 minutes!! There are so many options you can set when configuring your own database/schedules but there isn't much explanation as far how they work together or if things might be better suited elsewhere like Excel (for example). They have been working very closely wth my manufacturing facility which has greatly reduced downtime during scheduled maintenance periods by using this program insteadof paper procedures alone.- Abilityto pull all relevant information into one central location without having multiple databases spread around an organization-. This allows me access anywhere anytime via smart phones tablets etc rather then running back & forth between different locations searching through piles paperwork waiting until I'm at home again before being able reach them over phone line / computer network - No need anymore trying figure what's going wrong next time.
