Process really helps you focus in areas where others just don’t
The ability to create a process that works for your organization. This has helped us with our internal processes and procedures. It's also helped us be more efficient when it comes to creating products or services. We had limited options when we first started looking at this software but now there are so many different platforms out there we're able to find exactly what we need as well as some things we didn't know existed. I can honestly say we couldn't have done this without using process. The ease of use alone makes me think other companies should look into this as well.
Pros
- How easy everything is, how intuitive almost all aspects were (and still continue) even if you've never used any kind of program like these before in life! Everything was very simple once i got over my initial learning curve which wasn’t too bad because everyone needs help getting their feet wet right? Once they get past those early steps though its pretty much smooth sailing from then
