Review on 👓 Eyecedar 5-Pack Metal Frame Rectangle Reading Glasses for Men with Blue Light Blockers (2.50) by Dontell Hawkins

I bought these glasses mainly to improve my vision when looking at a computer and to a lesser extent reading. Initially I was pleased with the improved vision and reasonably comfortable fit. After about 30 minutes I started noticing an unpleasant smell. Having grown up in the south and spending a lot of time outdoors, I know what a skunk smells like. The smell was very similar to the smell of a skunk and I didn't understand where it was coming from. I started looking around my desk and furniture until I noticed the smell was coming from my glasses. I soaked the glasses in soapy water for several hours, but that didn't solve the problem. The glasses have a metal frame covered with plastic. I can only surmise that the plastic is made from a product, possibly petroleum based, which gives it a tar smell. The glasses don't work for me, but I shouldn't take the time to return them for a $22 credit. Made in China.
