So I bought this shirt for my boyfriend, he is about 6ft 2220lbs and usually wears a size plus. I bought him a size XL just in case the shirts run small. He hasn't tried them on yet. But I've compared the sizes to women's XL shirts and the difference in length and width is an inch if that helps. But the quality of the shirt is perfect, as in the photo. I ordered 3 different designs and they are all really good. I will order a medium size for me. I'm 5 feet 3,185 pounds.
