The ease of use of the system for new and seasoned property managers. The system is simple to use and very intuitive. I like that each user is assigned a unique screen name that is displayed in each screen. This helps when you are logged in to the system and have to switch screens. I wish there was a way to customize each user's profile. I am a new property manager and this system has made it so much easier to navigate the system and to learn the system. I am able to see my own activity with each property and how each property is performing. I am also able to communicate with my guests and the property owner.
