Big disappointment best shampoo and conditioner

this shampoo should be moisturizing safe for treated hair. When I used it I tried to take care of my permanent hair. After the second wash, I noticed my curls becoming flat. Perm has been removed. Do not use this shampoo on permed or colored hair as it may wash it out. This is good for thick, healthy hair that needs a good cleanse with hair products and oils. Also, it has a very strong chemical smell, unpleasant. I'm stuck now with this big bottle that I can't use. Pooh.
