We have an aging man who tries to use the couch as a toilet when we are not around. I received the instructions the same day I received the item. What I did was take 4 ounces. Part of my quart sized bottle and made my own pre-treat liquid. I thoroughly soaked the urine stains on both the couch and carpet. It was about 15 square meters area. I left this for 24 hours to allow the enzymes to act on the dried urine. I then used our Hoover Carpet and Upholstery Shampoo Machine with the Bubba Super Steamer Carpet Cleaner on the areas, wetted the areas again and then used the vacuum part to completely remove all liquid. We were very impressed that the product not only cleaned every area we used it on but also completely removed urine stains and odors from both the sofa and carpet. We were about to give up the sofa and replace the carpet. But not anymore. Too bad many products don't work exactly as advertised, but we can attest that a Bubba product just saved us nearly $3,000 on new purchases! Your product is so good! This is the real deal!
