This cushion is a hit in our house. I wanted it for myself as I have heartburn and severe back pain but my son and daughter were both dying to claim it. My son uses it to build his sleeping castle and my daughter loves sleeping in it as it makes her feel like she is in a nest. This is a fantastic pillow that will make sleeping that much more comfortable. You still need other pillows to support your back when using it in a seated position. I used it in bed to work on my laptop. I appreciate how you can lift your legs and rest your arms. When both legs and arms are raised higher, working in bed becomes much more comfortable. My first impression upon opening was that it needs a little more filling. We waited two days as suggested, but I don't think it got any bigger than when it was first deployed. However, we haven't had any issues with it since we started using it, so toppings might suffice. I also love that you can remove the cover to wash it while the zipper is built in so it doesn't bother you. I've been using it for a few weeks now and haven't even noticed the zipper. I would recommend this pillow to anyone, pregnant or not.
