reasonably priced and does what it says I'm happy with
I wanted to add a fan to the patio but didn't want to run new cords. So I connected to the lighting circuit and hooked up the remote control. Now I can use the remote to turn on the lights, the fan, or both, and the lights in the house still work if I want to have a quick look at them at night. You must know the wiring procedures.
