Image quality is TERRIBLE! The delay is TERRIBLE! Choppy video when I make a backup. And there is no way to connect the power cord to the monitor. You have to connect the cigarette lighter, it takes up space. waste of money! Update: While I wasn't happy with my purchase, I give customer service 4.5 stars out of 5. They responded quickly to my review and were more than accommodating and responsive in trying to resolve my concerns. I already had my old camera installed and didn't want to go back. They kept in touch with me and got back to me quickly. They didn't pressure me and gave me a full refund with no issues. For this reason I added another star. Thanks Vivian
