Review on 🧗 Doufit Vertical Climber Exercise Machine: Full Body Workout at Home with LCD Monitor by Chris Nako

I really don’t write reviews, but I have to commend Doufit for great customer service and taking care of their customers. My order came in and it was a few days before I was able to assemble. Upon opening box and checking parts list before assembly I find that the right pedal is missing. The instruction manual has an email for Doufit, so I send an email explaining the missing pedal. Doufit customer service replied and in no time the missing pedal was shipped FedEx. I tracked the pedal and it was supposed to have been delivered to my home. NO! I reached out to Doufit again; explained that the pedal was not delivered to my home. After a few emails Doufit said they would send another pedal, but use UPS this time. I received the missing pedal and it is assembled. Fairly easy assembly, instruction manual was one of the best I’ve seen/used. I’ve used the climber several times.a workout! Thank you Doufit for such good customer service and really caring!
