Mixes easily, drinks smoothly, has a slightly bean-nutty taste. TASTES BETTER THAN Whey

I like the texture. smooth, slightly grainy. not like sand but more like beans/nuts that have been floured. I like it a lot better than whey isolate because of the taste. I've always been repelled by the taste and smell of whey isolate. The flavor this adds to my mix is a bit like a nutty bean. almost reminds me of red beans. I mix it with water, dark cocoa and sugar. 10-12 ounces COLD water 3-4 tablespoons soy protein isolate powder Flour and Water Sauce) 1) Mix the sugar and cocoa in a small amount of water. Stir with a fork until a thick chocolate liquid forms. should smell sweet. 2) Add 1 tablespoon of protein powder (pp). The mixture will thicken. add water and keep the consistency of thick custard/runny cake icing. 3) Repeat step 2 until all of the soy protein has been added. 4) After adding soy protein, slowly add water while stirring. The consistency should be smooth and resemble a slightly thick milkshake. 5) Add water to desired consistency. Enjoy. It should taste GREAT and be smooth. slightly grainy, like floured beans/nuts, and chocolate flavored with a slight nutty undertone. Also note. It's not satisfying for me. Personally, I usually feel hungry again within an hour of eating. I don't think it's good enough as a meal replacement. I eat that and then snack on bread or carbs. sometimes edamame. DO NOT PLUG IN WHILE MIXING. IF IT BECOMES A CLUB, THROW IT INTO THE MIXER! THE BLADER WILL HAVE A LITTLE FOAM. BUT A BIT. ------ I no longer consume soy products. As I took this, I felt myself becoming feebleminded and understanding. Now I only eat grilled chicken and red meat for the protein. I mainly eat meat and nuts with some vegetables.
