I like how easy it is to use this app if you have no experience with creating an application form. There are many options available for customization as well. It's not always clear what each option does or why certain choices were made so make sure you do some research before deciding which features of the program will work best for your needs. This has allowed us to collect information from our customers quickly and easily. I like how simple it is to use! It makes creating surveys really easy. Some of my coworkers didn't realize they could upload their own questions/statements or edit them as needed. The ability to add pictures is useful too. Sometimes you have an option at first but when clicking through later there's no longer an option. If you're looking for something super user friendly this might not be the right solution though. We were able to easily set up a survey with pictures and we can send out reminders too.
