Review on 🎶 HIDIZS AP80 PRO MP3 Player: High Resolution Lossless Music Player with Bluetooth, LDAC/aptX/FLAC/Hi-Res Audio, FM Radio, Full Touch Screen (Black) by Luis Thompson

This is my first PRO version, I was the previous owner of the AP80. The main disadvantage of this player is that it is SMALL. (Wait, is that bad? Well, I accidentally ran over my old one with my car! ;) ) Seriously, it's amazing that such a small package can play for so long and pack an absolutely wonderful DAC with incredibly rich sound. Sound. And a very reasonable price considering that HiRes players cost several thousand not so long ago. Handles FLAC, although I'll admit I only load mine from MP3s - it can accept SD cards of up to a ridiculous size (well, ridiculous for me and my collection is around 3000 MP3s). It works very well and connects to several different headphones including iPad 3.5mm headphones, Bose noise canceling headphones, a Sony external speaker, connecting to my Yamaha home amp and my very expensive Focal headphones. I'm a wired guy so I don't use the built in bluetooth. The sound is rich and punchy for such a small player. I'm REALLY looking forward to trying the balanced jack option with my Focal headphones, although this requires a 3.5mm to 2.5mm down cable. I was not disappointed and really appreciate the support from both Hidizs and the seller. I look forward to many more years of listening pleasure and will happily purchase other HiDizs products from this seller. I dream that I will buy another one and assemble it based on this one "jukebox" cabinet.
