Effective, also prevents fogging of mirrors
Smells great but not overpowering. Prevents (not 100% but close) mold growth on and around our tub. Tiles and also slows down the development of this pink substance (it is not mold but bacteria). It also prevents the mirror from fogging up for days - spray on the mirror and then smooth it out with a lint-free cloth. smear the thing over the mirror in an even layer without actually wiping it off or anything. Repeat every 3-4 days or so. Combined with regular cleaning, this is the best thing that can happen to my shower.
