excellent pocket sharpening stone
This is the best brother of the ubiquitous DC4 stone (it seems to be CC4). It has the same medium-fine ceramic as the DC4 (black side) and a finer white side instead of the DC4's rougher diamond side. It can add a very thin edge to the blade, but cannot repair a damaged blade as quickly as the DC4 diamond side. If you don't hit your knives and they are made of high-quality steel, this might be a better option than the DC4 if you want to get them sharper. It is very portable and you will hardly notice it in your backpack.
