I ordered these based on over 6000 positive reviews. I connected the first one, connected my phone and it worked fine. Then I connected a second one, connected my phone and it didn't work at all. I unplugged the cable and tried again, but it still didn't work. I thought I had received the wedding and the next morning I would wrap it up and ask for an exchange. When we went to bed that night my husband's phone was connected to 'good'. We turned off the light and immediately heard this beeping/buzzing coming from the phone. After a few minutes, he held out his hand, thinking that maybe he wasn't fully connected. He almost burned his hand because the fork was hot in just a few minutes. I'm glad it happened immediately and not after we fell asleep as I'm concerned it may have melted the plug and/or started a fire. I changed my return from an exchange to a direct refund.
