Review on Intel I3 3245 3 40GHz Processor BX80637I33245 by Rosalio Zavala

This is a low power processor that is great for HPTC builds. Despite being rated at 55W TDP, the processor runs about half as much. My refurbished HTPC uses this processor, 8GB DDR3, five (5) 3TB hard drives, an 80GB SSD boot drive and an Asrock H77 Pro4-M. The system consumes a total of 60-65 watts when all drives are spinning up. And the system boots to the Windows desktop and XBMC in a fraction of the time it took to use the old E350 CPU/Mobile combo and uses slightly less power to boot!
